My wife and I have spent 50 years travelling around the world. We learned at a young age the benefits of using a travel agent. Angela is one of the best we've had. A great example of that was our latest cruise to Croatia. We arrived in Venice on the last day of the cruise and got a notice that afternoon that our flight home was cancelled due to the flight attendant strike; and, we were on our own because Air Canada couldn't find an alternative flight for us. That meant we had to vacate our room the next day; find a place to go as we were told not to head to the airport; and, find a place to stay until we could arrange for a return flight. Or, we could phone Angela, which we did. Less than two hours later we had our flight back arranged. She worked with the cruise company and routed us through Atlanta and then to Toronto. We arrived a day later but a lot less stressed than others we talked to. Gerry Davy
