Hi, I’m Shawn Mirander. After 30 years in Information Technology, I’ve built a career on solving complex problems, paying close attention to details, and making sure systems run smoothly. Now, as a Travel Consultant with Expedia Cruises, I’m applying that exact same methodical approach to helping people plan incredible, worry-free vacations. Travelling has always been a large part of my life. I have been able to take in the rich history of Rome and Portugal, experience the culture in Korea, soak up the sun in Maui and Grenada, explore Australia, and discover Canada's natural beauty, from the Maritimes to British Columbia. Having experienced everything from world-class ocean cruises to local diving, I use that firsthand perspective to listen to what you actually want out of your time away, ask the right questions, and back it all up with the global reach, competitive pricing, and exclusive perks of Expedia Cruises. Being on, or in, the water is something that has always brought me joy - whether it's exploring shipwrecks in Tobermory, heading out on a cruise, or kayaking on the ocean. But slowing down and relaxing is just as important to me - I am a big fan of a cold drink on the sand or by the pool. That firsthand appreciation for what makes a destination special (and knowing when you just want a smooth, comfortable experience) is something I bring to every itinerary I touch. I’ve always believed that a great trip shouldn’t feel like work to organize. Whether you're planning a multi-stop itinerary, a relaxing ocean voyage, or an active adventure, the logistics behind the scenes matter. My goal is to handle all those details for you—researching the options, mapping out seamless connections, and anticipating potential hiccups before they happen—so you can simply focus on enjoying the journey. I will listen to what you want out of your time away, ask the right questions, and back it up with the global reach, competitive pricing, and exclusive perks of Expedia Cruises. Whether you have a specific destination in mind or just want to explore what's possible, I’m always happy to help you map it out. Ready to talk about your next trip? Let’s connect.
