I just booked a cruise vacation with Chad! It was probably one of the best booking experiences I’ve ever had. My family travels a lot and they are very last minute. He was helping looking for a cruise for us for 2 days now since I first called him. When we couldn’t find anything at first he was creative/ smart and started to ask about different ports I could consider and other options. When budget was an issue he told me that there is a possibility that something can open up and he will keep checking. He kept following up with me at all hours I needed and was always available by phone or text. He called me this morning to tell me good news that something opened up -and now we are booked! What amazing costumer service. What great follow up and attention to detail. Impressive and five star quality in all areas. Amira
