I’ve been working in the travel industry since 2016, starting my career with Air Canada as a Customer Service Agent. From there, I transitioned to Air Canada Vacations, where I spent nearly three years in the Cruise Department as their senior agent before moving into the Groups Department. I also gained valuable experience working with Airbnb in their Premium Support department, where I assisted both guests and hosts in resolving issues and managing unforeseen situations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
