Customer Testimonials

In all my years of working with a travel agent, I thought I had been fairly lucky. Until I worked with Janice Foxcroft. Janice's service, professionalism, and true dedication to making our vacation seamless has put her in a class all of her own. Between the 11 hour time difference while we were travelling, the few hiccups we had were attended to so efficiently by Janice I'm not certain she wasn't in the next room fixing everything for us. I hope Janice doesn't retire any time soon as she has reset the bar so high for me, I don't want to ever plan a vacation without her. If you are thinking about using a travel agent and aren't certain whether it's necessary or not - after your first contact with Janice you will understand what I am talking about. She was amazing and we are ever so grateful. Till my next trip keep Janice busy for me! Jayne
