Born and raised in Vancouver's Point Grey, I took my first overseas trip at the age of 15 to London, England and have been hooked on travel ever since. I have a BA and MA in Art History and earned my degrees studying in Bristol, London, and Glasgow, so am a dedicated museum and gallery goer who tends to plan trips around international art exhibitions. Before becoming a travel agent, I worked for the National Trust in England and The Prince's Trust at Dumfries House in Western Scotland. I return to the UK at least twice a year, and have annual trips to see family in Switzerland and Mexico. While living and working in the UK, I visited close to 20 different countries - primarily in Western Europe - but have been fortunate to have explored Egypt, Israel and Tunisia too. In fact, my very first cruise was down the Nile at the age of 17 and I have been lucky enough to have sailed across the Atlantic on the QE2.
