Hello Debbie, Had an absolutely fantastic time at the cruise. Everything was wonderful..the rooms and the service, the good food and the great entertainment. The staff went out of their way to make us all feel welcome and catered to all our needs. We also took a couple of tours in Juneau and Ketchikan which were amazing as well. We definitely had a great experience cruising for the 1st time and did not feel either claustrophobic or sea-sick which was one of our worries, but it all went great. Would like to thank you for all your efforts in making this a wonderful first time experience for us and giving me prompt replies every time I had a query or needed information. Will certainly be in touch whenever we plan our next cruise vacation in the near future.
